Job Description

The Service Manager is to provide leadership to Our People who deliver a great experience to our guests. A passion for service and creating a memorable dining experience is essential. Attention to detail and high standards are critical. Acts as an ambassador to Lone Star throughout their day to day life and a role model within the community.

Responsibilities

● Maximize business results through effective FOH scheduling and operations. Contribute to building restaurant guest counts, increasing earnings and improvement to service ● Demonstrate company values and principles in dealings with guests, managers, employees and in the community ● Strengthen employee performance by providing direction that is clear, ongoing coaching and holding Our People accountable for performance

Requirements

  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
  • The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
