This Contest is open to Ontario residents who are 18 years of age or older as of April 29, 2024 (11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time), and will be governed and interpreted according to Canadian law. Void where prohibited. Starts at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on April 29, 2024 and ends on May 5, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m ET. or while supplies last.

Receive 1x “Pinata scratch card ” if the eligible item(s) is purchased via Lonestar.ca or in-restaurant at a participating restaurant, while supplies last or if the "no purchase" necessary method is met. All food and grand prizes must be claimed from Monday May 6, 2024 - Saturday June 15, 2024. Instant prizes at contest start: (i) 20,000 Food instant prizes, $18.99 - 26.49 CAD each. One (1) Sunwing vacation Prize consisting of an all-inclusive vacation which shall include the following:

  • Round trip airfare based on economy class, for two (2) adults (one of whom must be the winner) from a Canadian gateway which Sunwing Airlines operates to Riviera Maya, Mexico (“Destination”);

Odds of winning a grand prize depend on the number and timing of entrants that reveal a pinata coupon prior to the contest deadline. Prizes available will decrease as they are revealed and claimed. Correctly answered math skill-testing question required for grand prizes. Food prizes are only valid for use for dine in or online orders at participating Lone Star Texas Grill locations in Ontario. Food coupons or prizes cannot be used for 3rd party delivery companies such as Uber Eats, Doordash, Skipthedishes, etc. Food prizes are one time use coupons and have zero cash value. Coupons cannot be substituted for other items outside of what the food prize states on the coupon. ELIGIBILITY:

Employees of Lone Star Texas Grill and Sunwing Travel Group as well as their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate family members and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter or win the grand prize in this Contest.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Contest Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning the grand prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Sponsor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Grand prize must be accepted as awarded and no cash equivalent is available. NO SUBSTITUTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE IS PERMITTED EXCEPT BY THE CONTEST SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE GRAND PRIZE (OR ANY GRAND PRIZE COMPONENT) WITH ANOTHER PRIZE (OR PRIZE COMPONENT) OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. GRAND PRIZE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR CREDIT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. Grand prize must be accepted as award or deemed to be forfeited by the grand prize winner. No changes are permitted once booking has been confirmed. Sponsor reserves the right to pick the travel dates and also substitute an alternative prize. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Contest Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada. All federal and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. Return of the grand prize/grand prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, recording artists and agents (collectively, "Contest Entities") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest, or the use or acceptance of the grand prize. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TRIBUTE AND CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

ALL-INCLUSIVE VACATION PRIZE CONDITIONS

The all-inclusive vacation Prize must be completed by the date indicated on the Prize voucher or certificate (the “Travel Period”). Travel is valid till May 5, 2025 subject to availability and must be requested a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the requested departure date. Accommodation is subject to space and availability at the time of booking. If the Prize winner is unable to travel during the Travel Period, they will be required to forfeit the Prize. Travel Period cannot be extended. Travel arrangements and reservations regarding the flight must be made according to instructions given to the Prize winner. Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed. All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions located on Sunwing’s website at www.sunwing.ca. Other restrictions may apply, please contact Sunwing for more information. If the prize, or any portion thereof, is unused, it cannot be carried forward, no compensation will be provided and will be forfeited.

The Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary from the same departure airport as approved by Sunwing. The Prize winner and guest must be in possession of a valid passport and other necessary travel documents upon selection, which documents must be valid prior to, for the duration of the trip and for six (6) months beyond the date of return, or as may be required for presentation to customs officials in Canada and/or Destination. Failure to obtain necessary travel documentation will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for all incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to as part of the Prize description, including but not limited to, ground transportation not specifically mentioned (including transportation to and from the Prize winner’s home), airport improvement fees, travel insurance, medical insurance, trip cancellation insurance, connector flights, sightseeing tours and other in-Destination activities, tips, taxes (including, but not limited to, departure taxes, and applicable federal, provincial, municipal, state and/or local taxes on the Prize), travel-related fees/surcharges, excess baggage fees, costs associated with obtaining travel documents, visas, required testing including PCR tests, antigen tests or any other similar tests, vaccinations, or items of a personal nature, additional meals, room upgrade, gratuities, and in-room movies (collectively, the “Expenses”). The Prize winner and guest shall not seek reimbursement for the Expenses from Sunwing.

Any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sunwing reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels at its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sunwing.

If the Prize, or any portion thereof, is unused, it cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited.

Elements of the Prize (including, without limitation, airfare and lodging) may not be used towards frequent flyer miles or other loyalty programs.
